Roads Authority Namibia in partnership with World Road Association (PIARC), will host the PIARC International Sminar 2026 under the theme: Investing in Better Roads: Financing, Procurement and Governance for Sustainable Road Infrastructure.”
The seminar is scheduled to take place in Windhoek, Namibia, from 18th –20th November 2026 and is expected to attract approximately 120 delegates from Namibia, the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region, and the international road sector.
The programme will feature Technical Committee meetings, technical seminar sessions, keynote presentations, panel discussions, and a technical visit. It will bring together road authorities, development partners, government institutions, consultants, contractors, academics, and infrastructure financing specialists to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and explore innovative solutions for the road sector.
